I am very excited to be a part of Philadelphia Reads, a free community night at Penn Museum that will kick off a month-long children's book drive! In addition to the museum's usual offerings there will be various hands on activities and workshops in Middle Eastern drumming and Egyptian Hieroglyphics as well as performances in storytelling, poetry, and of course, dancing. Make sure to bring any unused children's books cluttering up your house, and come experience this fantastic community event! Books will be collected through Mother's Day.
